Role: Senior Product Manager
- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience with building and delivering quality reservation management and/or e-commerce products, services, and capabilities, or a combination of 5 years of technical product management experience with an additional 3 years of relevant engineering, data science, or analytic science experience, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
- Experience and comfort in solving problems in an ambiguous environment where there is regular change. Have the tenacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, inspire change, and collaborate with a variety of individuals and organizational partners.
- Deep commitment to curiosity - conducting research, gathering metrics, proactively identifying & addressing issues or opportunities during requirements-gathering processes, and applying rigorous attention to detail during the creative and technical designs for high-quality functionality and user experience.
- Data-focused mindset and proven ability to use data to support and influence all aspects of impact, reach, effort, confidence, and cost when solving problems and analyzing solutions.
- Highly organized and analytical with a collaborative attitude to influence strategy, optimization, and feature delivery that relies on multiple cross-team dependencies.
- Champion of Agile technical practices & testing concepts. Planning acumen and proven ability to break down work and define an MVP, as well as subsequent iterations. Proficient skills in scope intake, requirements documentation, valuation, and backlog management, through acceptance and validations.
- Excellent presentation skills and clear, logical communication style so you can represent our product strategy and roadmap to engineering, business, and product leadership. Partner with key stakeholders to build relationships and manage scope.
