Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the real-time Integration platforms to include tech uplift, resolving difficult, complex problems that can affect the company on the platforms side.
- Runs complete platform health assessments on a regular cadence, identifying issues, gaps, or opportunities for improvement or optimization
- Define, implement and monitor platform KPIs
- Identifies, recommends and champions the automation of the routine tasks to drive efficiency and productivity of the team
- Triages major incidents by demonstrating subject matter expertise on the platform issues.
- Ensures platform currency, plans capacity strategically and schedules major and minor upgrades.
- Champion efforts to ensure appropriate development best practices and assist with strategy and roadmap development.
- Defines the tooling strategy for automated code reviews, CI/CD process.
- Be current on latest industry developments and trends to help lead the development of system/process improvements
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 5 - 7 years hands on development of EAI and B2B interfaces on TIBCO Business Works
- Experience Installing and configuring TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.X, 6.X and CE, Tibco Administrator, Tibco Domain Utility, TEA
- Having a great knowledge in performing the in-place upgrades in both non prod and production environments (Must have)
- Experience in performing migrations from older versions to newer versions for 5.x and 6.x versions.
- Worked with JMS compliant Message Brokers and familiar with JMS objects, properties and administration activities.
- Experience in testing the application by performing the QA for the applications by engaging with different teams in organization.
- Experience developing or supporting Mulesoft API’s running on CloudHub or on-premises
- Experience with REST and SOAP Applications, both as server and as a consumer
- Good knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, DTD, JSON and able to navigate through complex documents
- Experience on Java, and capable of reading and troubleshooting Java code
- Ability to develop successful relationships with external and internal partners.
- Ability to lead project teams consisting of internal staff, partners, and contractors.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking, troubleshooting skills with a high degree of flexibility.
- Understanding of business intelligence, data warehousing, data modeling, architectures and terminology.
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Agile development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand key business processes and related issues.
- Strong self-leadership and ability to work independently and manage conflict.
- Demonstrated experience in SQL scripting (SQL Server and Oracle preferred).
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or other technical discipline.
