Someone who has worked in the bank industry; someone who has worked with a large corporation is preferred as they'll be touching
Larger corporation is preferred as what they'll be touching is HIGHLY technical for a Big Bank.

Must have technical skills/ experience:

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
• ServiceNow System Administration Certified

• ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, etc.)

ServiceNow Solution Architect Responsibilities:
• Take a lead role in designing comprehensive end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, considering scalability, security, and performance. (i.e. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc.)
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align ServiceNow solutions with organizational objectives.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding development teams in implementing solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards.
• Oversee the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring that the implemented solutions meet the unique requirements of each client, and that customization is kept to a minimum.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, keeping abreast of updates and new features.
• Architect and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams on advanced ServiceNow functionalities.
• Share insights on emerging trends and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem to enhance the skill set of team members.
• Work closely with business analysts to analyze and refine technical requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions align with both business and technical objectives.
• Actively participate in client meetings to gather and clarify requirements, providing valuable input and technical expertise
