Summary:We are seeking a skilled SAP Data Engineer to join our team in Dearborn, MI. This position involves managing all aspects of the IERP Data Management lifecycle, including data conversion, archiving, and daily operations using SAP S4 HANA 2021. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, SAP expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform data conversion for new region/plant/vehicle programs, integrating data from various legacy systems into SAP S4 HANA 2021.
2. Conduct ongoing data archiving using SAP tools such as SARA and other ILFM, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and enterprise information standards.
3. Provide data extractions for downstream systems using ABAP programming and CDS views, supporting daily operations and business needs.
4. Implement best practices and tools for data management, optimization, aging, purging, and archiving.
5. Monitor data discovery and profiling to analyze trends and ensure data integrity and efficiency.
6. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously with attention to detail.

Experience Required:

• At least five years of direct SAP data operations experience.

Skills Required:

• SAP ILM
• SAP SARA
• SAP Data Services
• SAP ABAP

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with SAP S4 HANA 2021.
