- Provide program management support to Digital BAU leads over the Digital Sales and Digital Channels and Digital Operations teams
- Coordinate activities across project teams to enable alignment and transparency
- Support program and project level reporting
- Develop and maintain integrated program plan including scope, timing, and activities
- Manage RAID processes, including escalating key items to SBNA leadership
- Perform research and analysis to support execution
- Enhance existing program management routines, processes, methodologies, and best practices
