JOB DETAIL

REQUIRED Attributes:

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management in a manufacturing and distribution environment
  • Experience with SAP, SAP ECC, SAP Supply Chain Planning, etc.
  • Relevant experience with supply chain management, materials management and systems implementation
  • Ability to lead a team, communicate well and drive results
  • Exposure to Process improvement, root cause analysis and corrective action planning

 

TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:

  • SAP Master Data/Product Data Supply Chain Planning System Integration

 

 

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

  • *10+ years of system implementation experience (e.g. SAP ECC, S/4, Data, ADF, Kinaxis Software) including Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Planning.
  • *Strong understanding of closed loop endpoints to ensure end-to-end integration is seamless.
  • *Kinaxis as this is the program we are implementing

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Senior Project Manager (PM) will be specialized in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects involving enterprise software implementation, business transformation, process improvement and organizational change with demonstrated bottom-line outcomes.
  • The individual will excel at aligning resources and building genuine connections at all levels to produce exemplary results across global teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • The PM will be a holistic thinker with a strong grasp of the details with a focus on quality and value-generation. Key attributes include excellent business acumen, analytical, risk mitigation and communication skills.
  • The PM will be adept in Supply Chain Planning, Materials/Product Management and Operations within manufacturing and distribution domains.Responsibilities: Collaborate with all team members (business & project level) to provide leadership for day-to-day project activities. Work closely with product owner, projects leads and the team members in planning and implementation of key milestones. Lead cross-functional teams to conclude business requirements, coordinate and manage the team to develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Owns the creation, management, tracking/reporting of assigned project plans.
  • Communicates project status, progress, issues, risks and finances on an ongoing basis to key stakeholders.
  • Ensures assigned projects adhere to SDLC governance and review processes (Architecture, Gate Reviews, Change Mgt).
  • Directs the creation, approval, and ongoing change control for the project ensuring that changes are reviewed and approved by the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Partners with leadership to identify, maintain and present periodic summaries of key program updates to the steering committee.
  • Delivers metrics providing transparency and accountability of overall project health and progress.
  • Facilitates engagement with various cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Information Security, IT Architecture, Master Data and any other impacted teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manages risks, issues and dependencies at the program and project level. Applies Lessons Learned with all key stakeholders
