Qualification:

·         A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field

·         At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with the last three years as a Lead/Senior Business Analyst working on ServiceNow projects is required.

·         ServiceNow TBM/SPM developer experience is a big plus.

·         Any industry-relevant certification is desired.

Experience:

·         Experience leading complex projects as the Senior Business Analyst

·         Strong background with experience in ServiceNow SPM/TBM implementation.

·         Must have strong domain experience supporting the development of solutions to manage IT operations and planning.

·         Confidence in communicating with different stakeholders, especially with Senior Management is a must

·         Strong oral and written communication skills are key

·         Excellent presentation skills

·         Must have experience in writing Azure DevOps stories clearly from a ServiceNow implementation perspective.

·         Must be comfortable working under pressure, prioritizing and balancing competing tasks.

·         Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments is expected

·         Previous experience supporting internal information technology department projects is a big plus

·         Competence with the project management discipline is desired

·         Familiarity with developing business case documents is an advantage

·         Experience with use of Azure DevOps tool required.
