JOB DETAIL

The Integral Project Manager (IPM) is responsible for leading the major New Product Introduction programs in the Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics Business. These programs are aimed to deliver new ECG monitoring solutions to the market, designed around the core needs of clinicians, cardiologists, and their patients. Programs comprise of UX design, Devices, SW platforms and IT solutions, with core development in SW, IoT, AI, IT and embedded systems. In this role, the IPM leads cross functional development from inception to market launch and as such, has a crucial role in operationalizing the business innovation strategy into real market impact.

You are a part of

The Business “Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics”. In this role you will be part of the Global PMO (Project Management Office), reporting into the Head of PMO.

Your role

· You are managing large-scale projects and/or programs that are characterized by high innovative content, cross functional collaboration, and system complexity.

· You ensure that committed programs are delivered on Quality, Time and within Budget; you will facilitate root cause analysis in case of KPI deviations and lead activities to improve your program effectiveness. You report relevant KPI’s to your direct stakeholders.

· You are leading the cross functional project activities, amongst others, the development of project planning and decision logic, technical and project trade-offs, and risk management. You lead teams by applying SAFe framework and Lean Product Development approaches.

· You are partnering with functions within the business and various Centers of Excellence inside and outside  to the client in  ensuring  the availability of the right capabilities to deliver on the program and project objectives.

· You ensure that the business (Quality) Management System is applied and adhered to. You provide inputs to the (Q)MS process owners to continuously improve the procedures in pursuit of making the (Q)MS meaningful, effective, and Lean.

· You build partnerships with the program stakeholders (both internal and external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, and can influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions.

· You drive ambition towards the AM&D vision, act as a coach/mentor and co-own the career development plans of your team members.

You're the right fit if:

· You’ve acquired a minimum of 10 years of experience in development of innovative, complex systems and solutions. Preferably, in a highly regulated industry (eg medical, automotive). You are experienced as project leader of cross functional development programs (?3 years).

· You have a Bachelor’s/MS/PhD degree in Engineering or related field.

· You are certified in one or more Project/Program management capabilities, eg SAFe, Scrum, PMP certification.

· You’re an excellent communicator to all levels in the organization and cultural aware.

· People focused, collaborative, team player, with a drive for results
