- Ruby on Rails or similar MVC framework knowledge (Django, Spring, etc.)
- Ruby experience or similar dynamic language (Javascript, Python)
- MongoDB or similar NoSql database.
- Front end skills (HTML, CSS, Vue.js or similar).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and clean coding skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with testing automation (unit, integration, system, load).
- Knowledge building Java backend services without a framework.
- Experience in Kafka or other event streaming technologies.
