JOB DETAIL

  • Strong knowledge of EDI X12 standards and EDI translator tools, preferably IBM Sterling Gentran.
  • Experience in EDI mapping, trading partner setup, and EDI communications protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, etc.).
  • Understanding of the supply chain domain.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop IT strategies and enhance current IT implementations.
  • Define development aspects including technology, workflow, and coding standards.
  • Transform software designs and specifications into high-functioning computer prototypes.
  • Provide architectural blueprints to the development team.
  • Prepare high-level design of applications and components based on requirements.
  • Integrate individual software solutions into higher-level systems.
  • Code development and bug fixing.
  • Team and project management.
  • Effort estimation of change requests, defect logging, assignment, and resolution.
  • Prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Develop and communicate weekly status and trending reports.
