- Strong knowledge of EDI X12 standards and EDI translator tools – Preferably IBM Sterling Gentran
- Experience with EDI mapping, trading partner setup, and EDI communications protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, etc.)
- Understanding of supply chain domain.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations.
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning computer prototypes using tools specified
- Provide the architectural blueprints to the development team
- Prepare high-level design of the application and its component based on understating of requirements.
- Integrate individual software solutions to higher-level systems.
