Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data visualization platforms
- Advanced data visualization skills preferably with Tableau products
- Proven experience creating scalable, durable analytics solutions
- Demonstrated expertise in data literacy and data fluency
- Knowledge of SQL and experience leveraging data warehouse, data marts, and/or data models
- Analyze, troubleshoot and / or tune product performance or deployment issues when required
- Exceptional customer facing skills, including but not limited to communication and task management
- Familiarity with an agile working environment and support ticketing
- Strong problem solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures
Preferred Qualifications: (extra plus if you have the experience)
- Experience creating a variety of reporting and data visualization solutions
- Expertise in data preparation using Knime, dbt, Snowflake, or similar tools
- Identify and recommend solutions that would meet and enhance user experience
- Recommend best practices to optimize Tableau models, reports, and overall platform architecture
- Experience with data security, governing data, and / or standardization practices
- Familiarity with other coding languages such as Python
- Experience working with multi-fact dimensions
- Experience working with data sourced from various ERPs
