- 10+ years' experience directly managing software implementation projects
- 7+ years' experience in design, development, customization, Implementation, Integration and administration of MS Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Certified MS Dynamics 365 Professional.
- Minimum of 3 full lifecycle D365 CRM implementations (Analysis - Deployment)
- Worked on C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server, DAX queries, PowerApps Studio, PowerBI Desktop and Azure Analysis Services.
- Work with the sales and support teams to scope proposed system changes and new uses with an understanding of costs and benefits.
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, work well in teams, and instill customer confidence
- Expertise in extending Microsoft CRM functionality via building custom add-ons, plug-ins, integration and rich xRM applications development.
- Strong customer relationship skills and experience
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations.
- Project Scheduling, Monitoring, Risk analysis and mitigation.
- Responsible for all SDLC activities, code review, mentoring team, resource planning and providing .

- Experience in integration with CRM adapters Kinswaysoft/Scribe
- Involved in presales, RFI preparations, RFP preparations and training end users
