Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in data quality management or a related field, demonstrating a track record of maintaining and improving data quality.
Advanced skills in SQL for complex query writing, data extraction, and database management.
Strong background in Retail, Merchandizing and Supply chain projects is a must have.
Experience with Atlan - Data Discovery-Catalog tool is required.
Deep understanding of data governance practices and a strong understanding of data privacy and ethical considerations.
Certifications in data governance, data management, or related fields (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) are a plus.
Proficiency in using data quality tools and technologies to inspect, cleanse, transform, and model data to improve its quality. (Atlan, IBM Infosphere, Talend etc.)
Skills in managing data quality projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they deliver value and align with business objectives.
A solid grasp of business operations, strategy, and the ability to understand and align with the organization's goals.
Proven experience in leading projects and teams, including the mentorship of junior analysts.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data quality concepts to non-technical audiences.
Flexibility in learning and adopting new technologies, methodologies, and tools to stay at the forefront of data quality trends.
A keen eye for detail is necessary for quality assurance and to ensure the accuracy of data.
