The Data Warehouse Architect we are seeking will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing this Oracle ADW migration project, contributing to the organization's long-term data strategy.

Project Scope:

Data Assessment and Profiling:

· Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing on-premises data infrastructure.

· Profile and assess the quality, volume, and structure of the data to identify potential challenges and opportunities for optimization

Migration Strategy Development:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand current and future business requirements.

· Devise a tailored migration strategy that aligns with organizational goals, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Architecture Design and Optimization:

· Design a robust and scalable data architecture within the Oracle ADW environment.

· Optimize database schema, queries, and performance to capitalize on the capabilities of Oracle ADW.

Data Migration Execution:

· Lead the execution of the migration plan, orchestrating the seamless transition of data from on-premises databases to Oracle ADW.

· Implement monitoring and validation processes to ensure data integrity throughout the migration.

Performance Tuning and Optimization:

· Continuously monitor the performance of Oracle ADW, identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

· Implement optimization techniques to maximize the benefits of Oracle ADW's autonomous capabilities.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

· Conduct training sessions for internal teams to familiarize them with Oracle ADW functionalities.

· Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to empower the organization in managing and maintaining the Oracle ADW environment independently.
