- Be knowledgeable and conversant in AWS RDS Oracle
- Be knowledgeable and conversant in Postgres including using the AWS native capabilities such as DMS and SCT
- Be knowledgeable and conversant in best practices in Postgres using Fly Away and leveraging pipelines for all DB object creation
- Be able to roll out their sleeves and troubleshoot
- Be able to assist advise and lead the DB architects and developers on the team
- Be detailed oriented and able to dig into the data about the objects current structures cross dependencies etc using tools such as excel etc
