JOB DETAIL

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Finance projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

Manage a technical team, including developers, analysts, and consultants, to drive project execution and achieve key milestones.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Finance solutions with existing systems and processes.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with senior leadership, including Directors, CIOs, and CTOs, to communicate project status, strategic insights, and recommendations.

Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on project deliverables.

Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments to evaluate progress, quality, and adherence to project governance standards.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects, with a focus on Oracle Finance implementations. Oracle Financials Certification is a definite plus

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Oracle Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present at senior leadership levels.

Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.

Experience working with senior leadership, including Directors, CIOs, and CTOs, to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Ability to travel occasionally as required for client meetings and project engagements.
