- 4-7 years of project management experience in Software Development-type work implementing large/complex functionalities
- Experienced working in Scrumban environment.
- Solid understanding of Project Management Framework and Scrum / Scaled Agile framework

- Schedule management:
- Ability to produce Program board with feature delivery, dependencies and milestones.
- Ability to manage flow of work using Program Kanban (tracking based on SDLC 7 phases) within each workstream.

- Solid progress and metrics reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Effectively and eloquently communicate with senior leadership level as well as with technical teams.
- Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Strong ability to effectively hold other people accountable on delivering the work on time (persuasive/strong influencing skills)
- Strong business acumen
- PMP and/or SAFe certification.
Desired:
• Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architecture and technical standards. Specifically, understanding concept of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Architecture and governance within an enterprise.
• JIRA Software and Confluence experience
- Background degree in Computer Science or other related subjects , in addition to PM certifications
