JOB DETAIL

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Finance projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Manage a technical team, including developers, analysts, and consultants, to drive project execution and achieve key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Finance solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with senior leadership, including Directors, CIOs, and CTOs, to communicate project status, strategic insights, and recommendations.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments to evaluate progress, quality, and adherence to project governance standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects, with a focus on Oracle Finance implementations. Oracle Financials Certification is a definite plus
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Oracle Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present at senior leadership levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience working with senior leadership, including Directors, CIOs, and CTOs, to align project objectives with organizational goals.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required for client meetings and project engagements.
