JOB DETAIL

We are looking for integration Architects and MUST have EXPERT knowledge in these areas. Must have excellent communication skills.
• Implement & support HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations and reports.
• Lead Data Conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud for global organizations
• Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth
• Support Design and Testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors
• Collaborate with the offshore development team in delivering the project.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues.
• Hands-on development, maintenance, and support experience implementing/supporting Oracle HCM cloud inbound and outbound integrations using using
• BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader.
• Hands on experience in automating end to end integration using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services.
• Hands on experience in developing fast formulas across HCM modules.
• Experience with customizations/personalization and approvals/workflows
• Ability to develop adhoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM cloud to understand product/process functionality and derive integration designs that map source/target systems.
• Engaging Vendors to clarify requirements for driving designs and reviews.
• Experience in designing and building complex integrations involving multiple systems - including data translations.
• Experience in designing both batch and real-time integrations.
• Experience with incorporating thinking around performance, data security and reusability in integration designs.
• Good communication to interact with Business & Product Teams.
• Knowledge or experience with designing on Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) capabilities is a plus.
• Good functional knowledge on Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and Absence.
