- 14+ years of hands-on Development experience and 7+ years of ServiceNow.
- Good knowledge of Software Asset and Hardware Asset Management (ITAM)
- Experience and understanding of ServiceNow development and integrations for ITSM module.
- Experience with ServiceNow issue handling and enhancing the application across various modules.
- Oversee the incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and identifying root causes for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, customization, upgrade, and patching.
- Provide user education, guidance, technical expertise, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, Robust Transformation, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Ability to Integrate ServiceNow with various 3rd party tools.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
