- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience (X years) working with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and experience with scripting languages (e.g., BeanShell, JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with LDAP directories, relational databases, and web services.
- Familiarity with IAM standards and protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and SCIM.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) preferred.
Experience with other IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk) is a plus
