JOB DETAIL

Primary Job Duties / Tasks

  1. Performs thorough determination of user needs at system or process level.
  2. Creates process diagrams to document current and future business processes.
  3. Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications.
  4. Facilitates communication between stakeholders and the Technology Solution Group from initial requirements gathering to final solution implementation.
  5. Coordinates with members of the Technology Solution Group to support internal/external web applications, mobile apps and custom SharePoint solutions; Technology Project Manager; Developers on translate requirements into user stories; UX Designer to collaborate on wireframe design; Systems Analyst to create/execute test plans.
  6. Assists with organizational change management related to technology solution implementation.
