• 3+ years with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 1+ years with a Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience
• 7+ years of experience with COBOL, JCL, REXX, analysis, design, and development
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

Required Skills:

• Solid experience with Z/OS Mainframe Development.
• Experienced Developer in COBOL, JCL, REXX, and similar utilities/languages.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, dB2 and non-relational mainframe storage technology.
• Solid exposure with automated unit testing, TDD, BDD, and associated technologies.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer relations skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with File Aid/RDX.
• Experience with modern development software, tools, and methodologies, including Java and Python.
