JOB DETAIL

- Integration Mastery: Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications using both synchronous and asynchronous modes.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize a variety of integration tools and APIs, including Mulesoft, Boomi, and Salesforce API, to facilitate efficient data exchange.
- Security Champion: Implement and maintain appropriate security controls to safeguard data both in transit and at rest, including authentication, authorization, encryption, data masking, logging, and monitoring.
- Leadership Role: Lead a team of onsite and offshore developers and testers through the entire development lifecycle, providing technical guidance, expertise, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Project Management: Break down complex projects into manageable tasks, prioritize development efforts, track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Innovation and Collaboration: Showcase technical solutions with proof-of-concept demonstrations, maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, and translate business requirements into technical specifications, effectively managing expectations.
- Agile Development: Actively participate in agile development ceremonies, contribute to team discussions, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications.
- Proficiency in utilizing integration tools such as Mulesoft, Boomi, and Salesforce API.
- Strong understanding of security controls implementation, including authentication, authorization, encryption, data masking, logging, and monitoring.
- Leadership experience in guiding onsite and offshore development teams through the entire development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, product owners, and team members.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and active participation in agile ceremonies.
- Bonus: Familiarity with business rules engines (BRMS).
