8 Required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8 Required Speed to decision in a complex, large organization
8 Required Effective management of resources in a mixed functional and matrixed project environment.
8 Required Expert problem resolution skills.
8 Required Comprehensive experience with Waterfall and Agile project management lifecycles (analysis and planning to development and deployment/implementation)
8 Required Experience with Microsoft Project, Office, Visio, and dashboard tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau.
8 Required Experience with managing multiple competing priorities, conflict management, and negotiation/facilitation
Preferred
3 Preferred Experience leading highly complex strategic transformation and business-process re-engineering efforts
3 Preferred Experience in highly complex IT procurements with a Texas state agency.
