Hands-on experience in implementing PPM, Overall SPM, APM/TPM in ServiceNow
Good knowledge of Integrating SPM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAM.
Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes.
Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITBM modular platform including PPM, resource management, time card management, etc.
Develop ServiceNow ITBM configuration, including Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
Deep technical understanding of various application phases and business or application functions.
Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting, including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules.
Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, SPM implementations in ServiceNow.
