A. Setup and attend meetings and respond to emails (Daily): Work with stakeholders to implement scalable data tables, analytics and reporting capabilities to support gTech leadership and operational decision making;
B. Design, develop and build metrics Dashboard: Measure gTech Global Learning and Development ("L&D") performance and ongoing learner activity:
C. Meet with key stakeholders and create data discovery document: Complete data discovery and deep dives to identify and present insights derived from data to the broader team;
D. Build technical vision, project plans, and execute on the plan to deliver program deliverables E. Design, implement and maintain database solutions, including scripting (Weekly to begin and then monthly): Support teams in developing software applications and system enhancements; F. Perform data integrity measures, cleansing, and tagging (Weekly)
G. Monitor performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and implement the necessary infrastructure optimization (weekly initially and then monthly): Develop applications that adhere to internal development methodologies; Improve and develop new and existing dashboards supporting business growth and scalability;
H. Manage access of data requests (Daily): Provision accesses, execute administrative tasks for established programs and provide support for any tool issues or challenges that may arise;

Skill Requirements:

Intermediate to advanced SQL
Intermediate to advanced dashboarding (Plx, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
Intermediate to advanced data analyses (R, Stata, or other statistics package)
Working knowledge of c
Clear communication skills, especially when translating between technical and business audiences
Ability to work during US Pacific Time zone hours
