- Experience of working as a tester/Engineer or in a similar position.
- Evaluating written code to ensure it meets project specifications.
- Developing quality assurance strategies and organizing phased testing with QA engineers.
- Monitoring errors in the system and discussing them with other colleagues.
- Helping with bug detection and fixing.
- Conducting product/regression testing after its presentation.
- Testing and analysing the results.
- Experience with Automation testing, preferably with Selenium.
- Collaborating on quality assurance within a team.
- Commercial banking Domain experience is Mandatory.
- More than 3+ years of experience in Testing/manual testing field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of test management tools (Example ALM).
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and code review skill will add values.
- Ability to think critically and analytically.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems with Agile mindset. Having Agile work experience will help.
- Ability to handle complex environments and strict delivery deadlines.
- Ability to handle different business and technical stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
