We're seeking a talented individual to spearhead integration efforts between Salesforce and legacy applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and robust security controls.
Responsibilities:
- Integration Mastery: Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications using synchronous and asynchronous modes.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize a suite of integration tools and APIs including Mulesoft, Boomi, and Salesforce API to streamline data exchange efficiently.
- Security Champion: Implement and maintain stringent security controls to safeguard data in transit and at rest, encompassing authentication, authorization, encryption, data masking, logging, and monitoring.
- Leadership Role: Lead onsite and offshore developers and testers throughout the development lifecycle, offering technical guidance, expertise, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Project Management: Break down complex projects into manageable tasks, prioritize development efforts, track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Innovation and Collaboration: Showcase technical solutions through proof-of-concept demonstrations, maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, and translate business requirements into technical specifications while managing expectations effectively.
- Agile Development: Actively participate in agile development ceremonies, contribute to team discussions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications.
- Proficiency in utilizing integration tools such as Mulesoft, Boomi, and Salesforce API.
- Strong understanding of security controls implementation including authentication, authorization, encryption, data masking, logging, and monitoring.
- Leadership experience in guiding onsite and offshore development teams through the entire development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, product owners, and team members.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and active participation in agile ceremonies.
- Bonus: Familiarity with business rules engines (BRMS).
