Looking for a Power Apps SME/ Business Analyst (BA), who will play a crucial role in documenting and creating Power App based solutions with a design team. Key skills required for this role:
Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for Power Apps projects.
Understanding of Power Platform: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a deep understanding of their capabilities, features, and limitations.
Data Modeling and Integration: Ability to design data models, databases, and data integration solutions using Power Apps, including connecting to external data sources, data manipulation, and data validation.
User Experience Design: Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly Power Apps interfaces that meet the needs of end-users and stakeholders.
Requirement Elicitation and Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to elicit, prioritize, and validate business requirements, facilitate workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Mapping and Workflow Design: Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process reengineering to design efficient and scalable Power Apps solutions that streamline business processes and workflows.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of software testing principles and practices to develop test plans, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Power Apps solutions.
Project Management: Basic project management skills to coordinate and manage Power Apps projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and tracking project progress against milestones and deliverables.
