- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on technical experience in system administration.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Windows 10, and Active Directory administration.

- Extensive experience with Windows patch management and desktop imaging services.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Visio.

- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT Cybersecurity controls.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
