Description:
This Business Analyst (BA) role focuses on improving processes and implementing Oracle EBS for specific CRM and Service functions at client sites. You'll collaborate with end users to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Deep expertise in Oracle's Service Contracts, Depot Repair, and Installed Base modules is required.

Responsibilities:
•    Gather & Analyze Requirements:
•    Conduct CRP sessions to demonstrate Oracle functionality.
•    Lead discussions with users to define and document functional requirements.
•    Analyze non-standard requirements and propose workarounds.

Implementation & Configuration:
•    Implement and configure Service Contracts, Depot Repair, and Installed Base modules in Oracle using best practices.
•    Lead data conversion efforts for these modules.
 

Solution Design & Testing:
•    Build/configure/develop prototype solutions to demonstrate options to users.
•    Provide clear requirements to development and testing teams.
•    Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans.
•    Manage and perform system testing activities for releases and upgrades.
 

Training & Documentation:
•    Train technical and non-technical users on configured solutions.
•    Document system configurations and testing protocols.

Qualifications:
•    Expertise in Service Contracts, Depot Repair, and Installed Base processes.
•    Full life cycle EBS implementation experience.
•    Business process modeling experience.
•    Experience with software development life cycle methodology tools (Jira preferred).
•    Collaborative and independent work style.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
