JOB DETAIL

 minimum 10+ Years of experience

Experienced Treasury Systems Business Analyst to lead and drive key treasury systems projects. Spearhead initiatives to enhance treasury systems processes, optimizing system functionality and ensuring seamless integration with a focus on achieving project objectives within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities 

• Project Planning and Scope Definition

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  2. Develop/maintain project plans, timelines, resource requirements, status reports and issue log

Requirements Analysis 

a. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable specifications

b. Work closely with end users to gather feedback and refine requirements throughout the project lifecycle 

• System Implementation Leadership 

a. Lead the implementation of Treasury Systems projects, overseeing system configurations, integrations, and customization b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and finance to ensure successful project execution 

 Testing 

  1. Lead testing and quality assurance to validate system functionality. 
  2. Work with the Treasury Systems manager to identify and resolve issues.

• Change Management & Training 

a. Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth        transitions during system changes

b. Provide training and support to end-users, promoting user adoption and proficiency   with new system features Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Information Systems or related field

• Proven experience managing treasury systems projects from initiation to completion 

• In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, financial instruments, and risk management

• Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively 

• Excellent communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Implementing the ARCS (Account Reconciliation Resource Management) Application (a plus) 

• Transaction matching experience (cash, credit card etc.) (a plus
