7+ years of Life insurance BA experience preferred (Only Life Insurance experience will work, P&C, Motor, General Insurance will not work)

Strong life/health claims domain expertise.

Experience in Medical Supplemental claims is a plus

Gathering and documenting requirements in JIRA/other online tools for agile

Experience in software testing is a plus

Experience in a scrum master role in software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
Scrum master certification is a plus
