Duties:

·Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and IT system requirements

·Implement new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion

·Manage technical difficulties, working with developers when necessary

·Interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis of client management to make strategic business decisions.

·Review specifications for required development effort, while efficiently organizing business needs.

·Work in close collaboration with the Technical Architect and Development team to ensure the team understands the requirements.

·Breaking down the technical and architectural requirements so that the entire team understands the infrastructure and technical requirements.

Requirements:

·Sr. BA experience with Large System Application Development effort

·Oil and Gas Industry is required

·Revenue Account experience is highly favored

·UI/UX experience is a plus

·IT Business Analysts should be familiar with various types of project management and business analysis software. Proficiency in spreadsheets is also important.
