Description:

We are currently seeking a proficient Data Analyst to join our innovative team. As a Senior Enterprise Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in facilitating decision-making processes, refining business operations, and fostering organizational expansion through data-centric strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, cleanse, and preprocess diverse datasets to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analyses to unearth valuable patterns and insights that steer business decisions.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key metrics and discoveries to stakeholders.

Employ statistical methodologies and predictive modeling techniques to pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancement and efficiency.

Collaborate cross-functionally to comprehend business requirements and offer analytical support for strategic ventures.

Execute ad-hoc analyses to address specific business inquiries and fortify decision-making frameworks.

Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying and rectifying discrepancies or irregularities as necessary.

Proficiently wield Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract targeted data from disparate sources and manage relational and columnar databases.

Demonstrate proficiency with AWS services (Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift), Salesforce, Informatica, Snowflake, Tableau, and MuleSoft.

Display exceptional research capabilities and adeptness in managing complex data requests.

Possess strong oral and written communication skills, alongside high evaluative and interpretive abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Proven experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Database Developer, Data Architect, or Business Analyst.

Familiarity with database-backed web applications and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift, Snowflake).

Knowledge of data manipulation languages and database design principles.

Proficiency in SQL and experience in performing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

Demonstrated ability to identify and rectify data quality issues.

Physical presence in the state of Colorado.

Preferences:

  • Background in early childhood/early education/health and human services business domains.

Experience with both structured and unstructured data, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with columnar databases.

Exposure to Salesforce, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Informatica, Tableau, and MuleSoft.
