The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data analysis, data warehousing, and data modeling, with expertise in utilizing tools such as Azure, SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB), and statistical analysis techniques (P-Test, ANNOVA, Hypothesis Testing).

**Responsibilities:

- Leverage extensive domain expertise to identify and access data from a range of sources, including SQL/NoSQL databases, social media, surveys within the organization, and additional public domain market data sources.
- Collaborate with Business SMEs, Product Owners, Data stewards, and Data Architect to identify crucial data elements, define business terms, capture Metadata, define data schemes, clean, and prepare data in an appropriate format to perform analysis.
- Build and maintain internal visualization platforms for clients, providing historical data insights, issuer comparisons, and analytics for different bonds and markets.
- Conduct Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes using Informatica Power Centre and Azure tools.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, applying advanced techniques for data cleaning and transformation.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient data models, particularly in MongoDB and Cosmos DB.
- Implement and optimize secure data pipelines into cloud data warehouses, such as Azure Redshift.
- Utilize statistical analysis skills for hypothesis testing, ANNOVA, and P-Test to validate business rules and identify data quality issues.
- Design and implement real-time analytics dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and other relevant tools.
- Develop and implement effective analytics solutions and models with a focus on Azure services.
- Work closely with business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and resolve data-related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for data mapping, data modeling, and other related processes.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and contribute to Agile methodologies.

- Experience in articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using data.
- Experience in writing and speaking about technical concepts for business, technical, and lay audiences and giving data-driven presentations.
- Experience working with relational databases using SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Experience with Big data architecture and pipeline, such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Kafka is a plus.

**Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 9+ years of work experience in data analysis, data warehousing, and related fields.
- Strong background in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Proven experience in cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
