We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our initiatives surrounding the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Team Room solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cross-team collaboration, with expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities and audio-video technologies. With a focus on agile methodologies, this individual will drive project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering high-quality results. With 8-10 years of experience, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, providing direction and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.  
 
Responsibilities:  
 
• Lead and manage technical projects related to Microsoft Team Room implementation and maintenance.  
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between various departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals and milestones are met.  
• Serve as an expert in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and support.  
• Utilize audio-video experience to enhance collaboration and communication within the team room environment.  
• Apply agile methodologies to drive project execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.  
• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction while maintaining a focus on project objectives and timelines.  
• Leverage 8-10 years of relevant experience to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
