-They need strong Architecture experience, can work well with a team.

-They don’t want an admin, they need this person that is also hands on

-Need strong APEX lighting experience, that is a must 

-They need someone from a developer background, not an admin 

-Skill-set is APEX programming languages, the overall basics. Pretty straight forward

-Very important for them to have MySQL, something simple 

-MUST work hybrid in Plano 3 days a week. No exceptions
