Requirments:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in a Senior role
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with payroll or ERP systems
• Experience working on a team of Project Managers, attending meetings, taking notes, and understanding cross-functional needs to maintain organization
• Background in government projects is desirable, with the ability to work cross-functionally with senior management on large-scale projects
