              Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field

*              8+ years of project management experience, preferably in a Senior role

*              PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

*              Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects

*              Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

*              Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities

*              Proficient in project management software and tools

*              Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

*              Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

*              Experience with payroll or ERP systems

*              Experience working on a team of Project Managers, attending meetings, taking notes, and understanding cross-functional needs to maintain organization

*              Background in government projects is desirable, with the ability to work cross-functionally with senior management on large-scale projects
