JOB DETAIL

  • Project Planning and Administration:
    • Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
    • Create and distribute clear project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
    • Organize and manage project files and records to ensure a clear audit trail.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
    • Facilitate effective communication and information flow throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to project managers as needed.
    • Conduct and lead project meetings, ensuring follow-up and action items are addressed.
  • Resource Management:
    • Assist in allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials) efficiently.
    • Coordinate with different departments to secure necessary support for projects.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
    • Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Track and manage project issues, working with the team to find solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute to the review and analysis of project performance.
    • Suggest process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management) or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
    • Team player: Must be collaborative and able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
    • Problem-solving ability: Can think critically and propose solutions under pressure.
    • Proficiency in project management tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
    • Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
