Business System Analyst ( High Priority)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical degree
- 8+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst conducting system requirement analysis and product implementation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust communication approach & style to accommodate a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in system requirement analysis with the ability to understand and translate business requirement into system requirement through rigorous analysis
- Ability to conduct business requirement research with users and document the system process, system issues and pain points
- Strong requirement analysis experience and ability to write functional, non-functional, and data requirement and break them down into JIRA stories
- Knowledge in Web app, API, SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience in solution delivery from an end-to-end perspective (testing, logic, configuration, release, support, issue identification and resolution)
- Experience in working with multiple systems and providing system integration analysis/requirement
- Collaborate with development teams on system design and analysis and solution recommendation
- Provide system analysis documents to developers, UX designer, and QM for product implementation
- Perform testing to ensure functionalities are implemented accordingly
- Can deal with ambiguity, manage complexity & drive for results, ultimately taking end-to-end ownership of the outcome
