- Work with engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy web and mobile products.
- Spearheaded the development of robust solutions for complex problems on the Identity Platform.
- Lead projects from kickoff through requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
- Interface effectively with business partners and Technology, ensuring strong collaboration.
- Develop expertise in all supported channels of the Identity platform.
- Explore advances in technology and align them with business needs for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design principles.
- Proficiency in Java programming (Core Java, J2EE, Spring framework) and building RESTful services.
- Experience designing and building web services/microservices in a commercial setting.
- Competency in design/implementation for reliability, availability, scalability, and performance.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL solutions, understanding their pros and cons.
- Knowledge of issues related to large-scale distributed stream processing and real-time computation systems.
- Ability to determine the impact of architectural solutions and make recommendations.
- Design and architect data systems and pipelines, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.
