PowerBI Lead Developer

Lead and oversee all aspects of BI development in the areas assigned
Take and clarify BI requirements, participate in design discussions, propose recommendations
Assign work to the offshore team and thoroughly review it
Work personally on BI development Provide support in PST hours
Coordinate work in different time zones
Development experience with Power BI3-year experience with leading BI projects
Experience with databases
Extensive experience with data modeling
Ability to lead projects, assist offshore team with BI development and participate in development when needed
Ability to work with stakeholders, understand business requirements and translate them into actionable instructions
Ability to work flexible hoursSelf-starter, team player and project driver
Experience with building project plans
Experience with Databricks and cloud storage is a big bonus
Experience with Tableau and/or PowerApps is a minor bonus
