Lead and manage ServiceNow development projects from initiation to closure.
Oversee the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and timely ServiceNow services - ITSM,ECPRO,ITOM
Conduct regular assessments and performance reviews to ensure ServiceNow platform efficiency.
Stay updated on industry best practices and latest ServiceNow features to enhance systems.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior members of the ServiceNow team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes and HRSD
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of successfully implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Experience in Agile methodology and working with global teams.
