The candidate will engage in API development activities related to the OAG’s Application Modernization Project within the MuleSoft platform. A successful candidate will have the ability to program in MuleSoft APIs and associated integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integrations
- Collabo*** with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Implement best practices for API development, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with MuleSoft APIs and integrations
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to API development and integration
- Document APIs and integrations for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Must Have Experience :
- Skill and experience developing APIs and integrations with MuleSoft
- Proficiency in MuleSoft Any point Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML
- Experience with message queues, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
