Minimum 5+ experience in Project Engineering process using integrated scheduling, earned value management, Data Analytics and risk and opportunity management.
Work collaboratively with other Engineering disciplines, Programs, Production, Quality and Supply Chain to develop an integrated execution plan to satisfy customer requirements across applicable operating conditions.
Facilitate Project Engineering tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Establishing KPIs that provide actionable insights and by using data to analyze trends that help in making decisions.
Data extraction from shop floor and ERP system.
Establishing KPIs that provide actionable insights.
Track team’s integrated execution performance to plan.
Experience on using PowerBI or Tableau tool.
Hands on excel tool and SAP application.
Analyze, identify, and address execution problems, recommend and implement resolutions to ensure the successful completion of project(s).
Forecast project revenues, monitor costs, and re-estimate project costs monthly to maximize project profitability and ensure business objectives are met.
Maintain and present plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s) to track progress and ensure that established targets are met.
Balance demands of multiple projects.
Work autonomously but with some oversight from manager.
Support root cause investigations and corrective actions for field returns and production issues.
Assist in developing bids based on customer proposal requests.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts for project execution efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering degree
MA/MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 2 years of prior relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
