Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX expressions, and Power Query.
Experience in SQL querying and database management.
Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., MCSA: BI Reporting).
Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or MicroStrategy.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
